Bruce
B. Dunnan
Bruce brings a successful career as a portfolio
manager and investment advisor to Grosvenor. Prior to co-founding
the Grosvenor Funds, Mr. Dunnan was President of Dunnan Securities
Advisors, Inc., an investment advisory firm based in Washington,
D.C. He began his career at the First National Bank of Atlanta
before moving to Washington where he worked ten years at Alex
Brown & Sons. Immediately prior to founding Dunnan Securities,
he was a Senior Vice President of Investments with Dean Witter
Reynolds. Over the past 13 years Bruce and his partners have made
over 60 venture capital investments.
Bruce is involved in numerous civic activities,
including prior service as Chairman of St. Albans School and Board
Member for the Episcopal Children's Center and the Columbia Hospital
for Women. Currently he is on the Board of the Washington Home
and Hospice where he chairs the Investment Committee. Bruce graduated
from Washington & Lee University in 1976 and the University of
North Carolina School of Business (Chapel Hill) in 1978.
Mr. Dunnan sits on the Board of GetWellNetwork.

Douglas M. Dunnan
Doug is a Managing Partner of The Grosvenor Funds,
which he co-founded in 1994. Grosvenor is currently investing
its fourth fund targeting early-stage, IP protected technologies
addressing large market opportunities, with an East Coast geographic
focus. Over the past 13 years Doug and his partners have made
over 60 venture capital investments.
Prior to co-founding Grosvenor, Doug spent 10
years at Salomon Brothers. After six years in corporate finance
covering technology and media companies, Doug spent two years
on the Chairman's strategic planning staff. Then during his final
two years at Salomon, Doug headed the private placement of equity,
where he developed a network of participants in the private capital
markets and oversaw numerous private equity financings.
Doug graduated from Cornell University, Harvard
Law School and the University of Chicago Business School. Doug
also practiced law with the Kirkland & Ellis venture group in
Chicago from 1980 to 1982.
Mr. Dunnan sits on the Board of Portero,
Inc.

Bowdoin Train
Mr. Train is a Managing Partner of The Grosvenor
Funds, having joined the firm in December, 1995. Grosvenor is
currently investing its fourth fund targeting early-stage, IP
protected technologies addressing large market opportunities,
with an East Coast geographic focus. Over the past 13 years, Mr.
Train and his partners have made over 60 venture capital investments.
Prior to joining Grosvenor, Mr. Train spent most
of his career advising, financing, managing and funding private
companies across several industries, including health care, telecommunications
and environmental services. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur,
Mr. Train practiced law with Shaw, Pittman, LLP, in Washington,
DC. His practice focused on corporate finance, including venture
capital transactions and mergers and acquisitions. In 1991, Mr.
Train joined the administration of President George Bush as a
senior official at the Environmental Protection Agency.
Among his charitable activities, Mr. Train serves
on the boards of The Nature Conservancy (Maryland/DC Chapter),
the African Wildlife Foundation, the Ocean Foundation and he previously
completed three years of service on the Board of Hospice Care
of the District of Columbia.
Mr. Train sits on the Boards of ARPU, Inc., BDMetrics, H3 Inc., iMove, Inc., Inside Higher Ed, and Qmobile.

Oak
Strawbridge
Oak joined The Grosvenor Funds in early
2000 and has worked on investments in telecommunications, software
and life sciences. In addition to evaluating new investment opportunities,
he assists and monitors a number of existing portfolio companies
including AppForge, Enamics, Mobile 365, Omeros and Yotta Yotta.
Oak also oversees finance, accounting and regulatory compliance
activities for the firm.
Oak joined The Grosvenor Funds after completing
his MBA at Georgetown University. While at Georgetown, he worked
in the New Product Development Group at Concert Communications
and was a regional champion and a national finalist in the 2000
National Venture Capital Investment Competition. Prior to attending
Georgetown, Oak served as a marketing consultant with IGOR Communications
where he lead IGOR's technology marketing consultancy. Oak began
his career at Subsystems Technologies, Inc. as a systems analyst
developing logistics software for the Federal Aviation Association.
Oak graduated from George Washington University in 1994.
Oak serves on the Board of Catalyst IT Services, and doublePOSITIVE.

Heather L. Humphrey,
Office Administrator
Heather
has been with the Grosvenor Funds since 1996. She manages all administrative
operations of the funds, including investor relations and
cash management. She also assists in accounting and
internal and external reporting. Heather attended DePauw
University and is a graduate of Wayne State University.
