Business Tech Management Software Firm Enamics Gets $6.3M

STAMFORD, CONN. -- Enamics, a provider business technology management software, said it has raised $6.3 million in its ongoing first institutional round of funding.

New investor The Grosvenor Funds led the round with participation from individual investors. Enamics said it plans raise an additional $2 million to $4 million over the next few months.

As a result of the round, Douglas Dunnan, managing partner with The Grosvenor Funds has joined the Enamics board of directors.

Enamics said it will use the funds to expand field operations, which includes adding to its 30-member staff. A company spokesperson said Enamics plans to reach profitability this quarter.

The company also announced the launch of its latest product, Enamics BTM Platform version 2.0, which includes a new "management dashboard" to enable the management of IT portfolio, program, and project information. Enamics launched the first version of the product last April.

The company has raised $11.9 million to date.
